This is an exciting collaboration with The Story Collective and St. Joe Reads! Using themes from the book, The Midnight Library, participants of this workshop will dive into the idea of process painting or painting without thinking. This technique uses breathing techniques to calm the body and allow the subconscious to take over the painting. Layers are created and participants and given the freedom to connect with their inner feelings. A summary and themes from the book may be discussed along with the artwork itself. The artwork will be showcased during an event at the Story Collective on September 13th.
