Beer Walk for the Arts

The Allied Arts Council is hosting the annual Beer Walk for the Arts in the Historic Museum Hill District. The event starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m. with check-in at the Wyeth-Tootle Mansion, 1100 Charles Street. In addition to the 1879 Wyeth-Tootle Mansion, six historic homes will be featured with craft beers at each house from a variety of Midwestern breweries. The beer will be paired with food samples from area eateries. At each home there will be live music courtesy of area musicians and visual artists will be on hand working on their current project. The Beer Walk for the Arts is a fundraiser for the Arts Fund. The Arts Fund provides financial assistance for eight arts organizations in St. Joseph, Missouri.
The final list of participating breweries, eateries and musicians will be announced in the spring!
